Composition of wellhead equipment

A casing head section

The casing head is installed at the lower end of the wellhead device and is a component that connects the casing with various wellhead devices. Composed of the body, casing hanger, and sealing component.

The casing head is used to support the gravity of technical casing and reservoir casing, seal the annular space between each layer of casing, and facilitate the installation of blowout preventers, tubing heads, and oil production

The upper wellhead devices such as trees provide filtering connections. The surface casing is connected to the flange under the casing head, and the oil casing is connected to the internal thread of the casing head with a screw thread.

B Oil pipe head section

The tubing head is installed on top of the casing head and includes tubing head tees, tubing hangers, and sealing components. The function of the tubing hanger is to suspend the wellbore

Oil pipe column, the annular space between the sealed oil pipe and the oil reservoir casing. The function of a four-way oil pipe is to perform forward and reverse circulation well cleaning, observe casing pressure, and perform various operations through the annular space of the oil and casing.

C Oil Tree Section

The Christmas tree is installed above the oil pipe head and consists of gate valves, throttle valves, tees/tees, flanges, Christmas tree caps, etc. Its function is to control and regulate the production of oil wells, guide the oil or gas ejected from the well into the pipeline, and achieve the installation and removal of downhole tools and equipment.
